Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using PresenceScan AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PresenceScan AI scans publicly available signals about a business and produces a visibility score and recommendations. The output is informational only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account. The service is intended for business use; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may scan only businesses you own or are authorised to analyse.
- You must not attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape the platform, or reverse-engineer it.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid reports are charged in GBP at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Because reports are delivered immediately on purchase, all sales are final unless the report fails to generate, in which case we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Submit data about individuals (other than as a sole-trader business name).
- Disrupt, overload, or attack the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, branding, and report templates remain our property. You retain ownership of any business data you submit and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Termination
You may delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
